Terms & Conditions
We require a 50% deposit to book all picnics. This reserves your date and time. The balance is due 7 days before your scheduled picnic. Any add-ons must be added prior to 7 days.
Rustic Rental Picnics does not offer refunds for any picnic once your deposit is made. You can reschedule your picnic within 3 months of cancellation. If something arises during your picnic and you have to leave, you are responsible for all items and someone needs to stay until a staff member arrives.
If you are 15 minutes late or more, your picnic will automatically be forfeited. You will not receive a refund and you will not be able to reschedule.
Weather in Ohio is very unpredictable. In the event of rain or bad weather in the forcast, we will do all we can to accommodate a dry picnic either by moving the location indoor prior to picnic set up (provided by the client) or by rescheduling you to another day and time. We will contact You if weather becomes an obvious concern and impact. If Your picnic is underway at all, You will Not be refunded due to changes in weather during the scheduled time of Your picnic.
All picnic equipment belongs to Rustic Rental Picnics and is to be returned in the same condition as you found it. Should any items used during your picnic experience provided by Rustic Rental Picnics be damaged or lost, You will be charged accordingly to cover costs for dry cleaning, professional cleaning, or replacement of those items
We cannot provide ANY alcoholic beverages for your picnic. You are solely responsible for knowing and understanding all state and local ordinances and laws regarding alcohol consumption at your site. We can happily provide stemware, bottle opener, and/or ice buckets for your needs.
What to expect the day of your picnic:
On the day of your picnic, you will receive a text message when we arrive on-site, a location pin, and when your picnic is ready so you’re not arriving mid-setup. There will be a 15 minute grace period, otherwise, you will be forfeiting your picnic as we cannot leave our setups unattended and may have other client setups to attend to. We ask that you please plan accordingly to arrive on time. There will be no exceptions.
