Rental Consent and Agreement
~All rentals require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Balance is due in full 2 weeks prior to the event unless the event is less than 2 weeks from the day of contract then the balance is due in full at the time of booking. Any rentals under $100 is due in full at the time of booking. Must have a minimum of $50 to rent.
~NO REFUNDS ON CANCELLATIONS
~If your wedding is rescheduled, you may reschedule your rentals to another date ONLY if the items that you have rented are available on the new date. If an item is not available, you may exchange it for an item that is available, but there will be NO REFUNDS.
~There will be NO REFUNDS DUE to COVID-19. You may reschedule your rentals to another date, or use that credit to rent items for another event or party that you plan (credit must be used within 1 year from cancellation date), but there will be no refunds.
~A valid credit card will be kept on file when you pick up or we deliver your rentals. The credit card will only be used for damages, missing items, late fees, replacement fees, or cleaning fees.
~Rentals will be picked up on Thursday before event at 6pm
~Rentals are dropped back off Sunday after event at 6pm
~Pick up/drop off location is located at 12 North Main St, Miamisburg 45342
~You May park in front of building or park in the public parking beside building for loading/unloading
~ Deliveries are scheduled accordingly
~If the items are returned late with no notification, the customer will be charged an additional day. If items are not returned within three days and customer is not able to be reached, replacement fees will be accessed and charged to the credit card on file.
~All rentals MUST be picked up in a secure vehicle. Barrels, arbors, arches and large items must be transported
preferably in a truck or trailer and if it's raining, you MUST cover with a tarp. Large items MUST be strapped in: otherwise, you will not be able to pick up.
~You WILL NOT use staples, nails, screw, etc on any item
~Keep rentals out of extreme weather conditions, rain, sprinklers, etc
~Burlap Isle runner and Burlap table runners MUST be rolled back or folded neatly and placed back in the container it came in. Otherwise, there will be a $25 charge.
~Whiskey Barrel Cooler MUST BE drained COMPLETELY before dropped off or picked up. If it is not drained, a $25 charge will be added to your credit card on file.
~If any items you receive come in containers or boxes, they must return in the same. Otherwise, a $25 charge will be added to your credit card for each not returned properly.
~All items must be returned cleaned. Charges will be applied otherwise.
